Software Problems

Many things can cause software on your machine to go wrong and crash or hang up. Sometimes this is caused by a fault with the original software product and often the vendor will release a patch for these. Other problems can be corruption on the disk or in the Windows registry. We will work to resolve these problems.

Software Installation

We can install new software for you on your PC and, where applicable, we will configure the product for you. For example, if we installed Outlook for you we would also configure it for you so you can send and receive your messages.

Operating System Upgrades

If you want to upgrade your Operating System we can advise you about compatibility with your new OS and existing software products. We can supply the software and carry out the installation for you.
